Steampunk Mechanical Cheetah

This Steampunk Mechanical Cheetah by Mechanical Cheetah, Cool.
"The cheetah measures 24" high and 50" nose to tail and weighs about 40 pounds. She took about 60 hours, spaced over 10 weeks time, to build. She's constructed out of the usual electrical conduit, transmission parts, and 20-gauge steel.
The cheetahs are part of the underworld ecosystem in the "Timmy" universe. They are couriers of small objects (a sort of steampunk FedEx) and also run in the treadmills. "

Dutch Architecture 5 Euro Coin Design

The design of a new commemorative 5 Euro coin, called the Architecture Fiver, it based on the subject 'Netherlands and Architecture'. Designed by artist Stani Michiels, the portrait of the Dutch Queen Beatrix is constructed with names of important Dutch architects. On the outside the names are clearly readable, while they slowly get smaller to the center. The back side of the coin is designed as a book shelf. The books rise as buildings towards the center. Through their careful placement they combine to outline the Netherlands, while birds' silhouettes suggest the geographical location of the capitals of all the provinces. Check out see the big pics. I like the portrait of Queen Beatrix design!
